Photoshoots

Do you have a studio?

I do not maintain a studio as I travel frequently and it’s not possible to keep a studio. However, I do use several fantastic studios that can be hired for a small fee, they are available in most cities so if you need to shoot in a studio with a large white infinity wall or with other coloured backgrounds please let me know so this can be arranged.

Do you provide the location for photoshoots?

Unfortunately I do not provide the location included in the price of a photoshoot. This is because in my experience everyone would like to have their own unique location to shoot at so that photoshoots are not always looking the same. I can however recommend some amazing locations, from hotel suites, stunning outdoor locations, private luxury apartments or traditional photo studios. These would usually meet the requirements of even the most demanding of clients. On occasion I may offer a special package that does include a location, usually this will be a unique location that is not usually available and only as part of a special photography package.

Do you travel to shoot clients (Fly Me To You)?

Yes I do travel to shoot clients regularly, some locations that I have been booked for Fly Me To You shoots include Lake Como (Italy), Seoul (South Korea), Paris (France), San Francisco, the Bahamas, Morocco and many more.

Can I bring a friend to the shoot?

Yes, you can bring a friend to the shoot, I want you to feel as comfortable as possible. I would request though that you do not bring clients or boyfriends to a shoot as in my experience they tend to get in the way.

Do I have to pay a deposit, and what payment methods do you accept?

Yes a non-refundable 30% deposit is required to confirm a booking, this can be paid by credit/debit card, pre-paid credit cards, Zelle, bank transfer (such as with TransferWise.com for free international bank transfers). The balance of the shoot is to be paid in cash at the photoshoot.

What is the turnaround time for photos?

After the shoot I’ll send you all the sample photos for you to select your favourites for editing, this is usually done within 24 hours after the shoot. I aim to process all edited images within 7-14 days from the time you give me your final selection for editing. This may be slightly longer if I am touring due to travelling time.

How many images will I get?

This depends on the photography package that you select. Each package has a different number of edited images that will be provided, please check the relevant package you wish to purchase to see how many images are provided. Extra edited images can be purchased for a small fee at: https://www.secretred.com/product/additional-photos. RAW images are not provided. Please note that sample photos are sent watermarked and are not to be published.

Where can I purchase extra photos?

Extra photos can be purchased at: https://www.secretred.com/product/additional-photos. I keep copies of all photos from shoots for up to 6 months, so you can order additional photos during that time. After 6 months I delete the RAW files and only keep copies of the edited photos as backups.

Can I edit the images myself?

Unfortunately not. I’m a professional photographer and creative artist, and provide a complete service only, from photoshoot to editing of images. Unfortunately I do not allow other people to edit my work, the only exception to this is if you require your photos to be delivered without a blurred face as you wish to blur the face yourself. If you wish to edit the images yourself I would kindly ask that you hire a different photographer or a friend who doesn’t mind you editing their photos. If you would like additional refinements to your images, such as body shape, colour etc, I’m more than happy to do this for you.

How much will you photoshop me? Can you make me the perfect size 0 model?

In all photos I will of course edit them to the best of my ability and remove all blemishes, skin marks, identifiable features, nip and tuck where necessary such as where lingerie digs into your skin or to slightly reduce your waist or hips if required. Please note that there is a limit to what’s achievable with Photoshop without causing too much warping of the background in an image if lots of nipping and tucking is done.

What is your cancellation policy?

I fully understand that things come up and you may need to postpone or cancel a photoshoot. Please note that the deposit is non-refundable, but can be used against a booking for another shoot if you re-schedule. You can re-schedule a photoshoot a maximum of one time without forfeiting your deposit by giving 48 hours or more notice. Please note, all flights, accommodation already booked can not be refunded and if necessary would need to paid again if you needed to change the dates. If you cancel completely the deposit can not be refunded. If you are a no-show or give less than 48 hours notice of cancellation the deposit can not be refunded or re-scheduled, you would need to book a new photoshoot as normal.

Websites

Is the Template Website easy to manage?

Yes, it’s very easy to manage. It’s based on WordPress so it’s very easy to add or change content whenever you need.

How long does it take to set up my website?

If you have a domain name already or you wish us to purchase one for you, the website can be set up within 24-48 hours. If you have a domain already but it is with Wix or Squarespace for example, you would need to transfer the domain to a new domain registrar such as Godaddy before the domain can be used with our systems. This process takes approximately 7 days. Full instructions on how to do this will be given once you sign up.

Can you design anything with the Custom Website design?

Yes, almost anything, within reason, if you can imagine it, it can most likely be done for you.

When is the website payment due?

Website subscription payments are due on the anniversary of your start date. So if you select a monthly subscription and you sign up on the 1st of June for example, your payment will be due every month on the 1st of the month. If you are late with payment, the billing cycle will still be set to the 1st of the month.
