It is a sixth-floor L-shaped corner unit with South and West facing floor to ceiling windows that make for gorgeous afternoon lighting (see images). The windows have a full blackout and semi-sheer blinds for natural light control. The space is available for creative and commercial video/photography projects, as well as meetings. It has a private bathroom with a shower, a full-service kitchen (available as part of rental), lounge area, and makeup station.
