This is a restored 1920 colonial home. Old charm with a modern space at the same time. It is perfect for any photo or film shoot. The kitchen was designed with high-end appliances and a large white farm sink. The first floor is the space that would be rented which includes living room, kitchen, sunroom, den, bathroom and dining room.
